Great experience and wonderfull camper

Had a great experience with the team. The service from Tiron and Adham during pickup and drop-off was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful. Online chat was responsive for any questions I need answering. The vehicle was ideal for my needs. I would book here again and highly recommend to others.

Everything went as expected. The size was right for our needs. Vehicle ran well and we were self-contained.

The campervan was missing two pillows and a duvet, even though it was rented for four people. 2. The remote key does not work at a distance. 3. There was no hose available, which made it difficult to refill the water tank. 4. One of the kitchen drawers is broken. 5. Additionally, one of the doors wouldn’t close initially, although we were eventually able to get it shut. Recomendable

More complete check-in would be nice. He did not mention that there was only one blanket, so we only found out when we were already trying to go to bed. Apart from that service was great! De Nomad pop-top was perfect voor onze outdoor vakantie met zijn drieën! Met vier zou het waarschijnlijk, met slecht weer, net krap zijn. De auto is goed en kan zelf de meeste bergpassen zonder moeite aan. De faciliteiten zijn prima en voldoen aan verwachtingen!

Having some certificate of insurance on board would be nice. They wanted it in Montenegro and I’ve been asked for it in Italy in the past. Other than that, everything was perfect! We had a great time! Wish we could get the California van in the U. S. The VW California was a perfect vehicle for our needs with 2 people. Wish we could get one in the US.

Service is great. Camper was a little damaged, back sensor broken but the rest of it was all okay

We purchased the Essentials Travel Kit. I feel that you could have been a little more generous with what was in the kit. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper (we ran out). We were only given 3-4 toilet chemical tablets. We could have used one more. Also, it would have been nice to have a towel to dry the dishes we were given. There were a few maintenance items that should have been caught. There was a broken hinge on the lowest cabinet under the stove & sink. The bathroom window support strut didn't hold the window open (broken). The screen on the front roof vent was not connected to the frame (there was a gap in the screen). These were minor issues, though. Otherwise, the van performed great.

Not much. Great experience Grear for two people on a roadtrip. Brand new van that had everything we needed.

All in all pretty good! The vehicle was in petty good condition. Service was good. The team was nice and provided all the information needed. It would be nice if there was a way to get Indie on WhatsApp. For those without Sim for calls and only for Internet.
